Every day we agree on what’s for dinner: meals are chosen and booked in advance, so the kitchen knows exactly how many people will be sitting down. Portions are tailored to you — hungry guests ask for seconds, lighter appetites ask for less — and what’s left doesn’t end up in the bin. It’s mamma’s cooking: at home, food is never thrown away.

No mountains of single-use plastic: water comes to the table in a jug, cool and good, and you can refill your own bottle whenever you like. A small gesture that, across a whole season, means thousands of bottles that never end up on the beach or in the sea.

Sheets and towels are changed on request, not out of habit. If your towel is still fine, just leave it hanging: you gain in comfort, we save water, detergent and energy. Need a fresh one? Just tell us and it will be there.

We’ve switched to low-consumption lighting, LED and neon, and chosen efficient systems, from the air conditioning in the rooms to the common areas. Then there’s your part, and it’s the easy one: switch off when you go out, use the air conditioning sensibly, explore Gabicce on foot or by bike. The sea is just a few steps away: the car can stay parked.
